A dangerous habit in the job he currently holds, Bedru thought to herself.  "Do
you know who selected him and why?" she asked aloud.

Lucien shook his head.  "Not for sure," he replied.  "Considering level of diplomacy the position is involved with, I am sure that the Secretary of State and President Montgomery were involved."
