Lieutenant Lorenna Pweretza looked up from her station. She had
been awaiting the arrival of the ursoid since Commander McTiernan had
asked her to assist him with checking out the lab. She had
also asked the other lead scientists on the station to join
them. They were
the Vulcan botanist LtCdr Suvol, the Vulcan Astrophysicist Lt T'Mar and Ensign Glopendork, the K'Tarian oceanographer. They had already started going over the notes of Howser and Ares. Unfortunately, most of what they had found related to what they were studying rather than what eventually lead to their disappearance. "Mr. Knucklebiter, welcome to Science Lab 4. This was the area the Gabe Ares and Jan Howser tended to work from," she said as she indicated the large workspace. It was a neat and organized area. Looking over the space, he thought to himself,"Whew, talk about anal retenative." in reference to the cleanliness. Turning his attention back to the Lieutenant, "Ma'am are you sure we are needed? According to these scans, we need an opthimologist more than an Engineer, a botanist and an astrophisics." (who is what race?) (OOC: See above. I added their races to their introduction.
T'Mar is the only female in the new group.)
Lorenna nodded. "You are probably right, Lieutenant. They would
probably have a stronger ability to notice something amiss among the notes, but
it is probably important to include fresh non-science based viewpoints because
they might provide a different perspective. You could see
something or ask a question because you won't have assumptions about how
our co-workers worked."
