research facilities that might be able to assist in some of these project.
My home planet of Tellar alone is just one example. We have more than a 150
members in the Federation. I am sure that we are not the only one." It was
clear that he thought his was one that could best benefit ... er ... be of
greater assistance to such projects.

Admiral." The Vulcan representative spoke slowly and calmly as she
expressed her opinion. It was a logical one since it could address some of
the personnel concerns that had been discussed so far in the meeting.
