  If David had had a drink in his mouth, he would've spewed it out at 
this response. He mouthed it before looking at Jackson for a 
response....

Jared saw David's reaction and had to admit that he had to hold in the 
same shock.  That seemed like a large number.  "How can that be 
happening and get so little response from the outside world?"

Stark turned to face the Admiral.  "Most of these incidents fall under 
a category that identifies them as prisoners of war so they are not 
flagged by anyone as being more worrisome.  And it has been my 
experience that people see what they ready to see."
