I have not worked for any abuse desk, or in the ISP or IT industry; nor
have I been schooled in Computer Science or network management. I've
been an attentive and interested end user and customer thereof since
'94, and actively communicated with 'them' as such. I have FWIW managed
large and small companies [clients, personnel, and computer networks],
and can otherwise distinguish between cause and effect, perpetrator and
victim, and make judgements about information quality and relevance.
