i agree it could be clearer, but it's not saying that... it's saying that
spamcop hasn't determined that any action is needed, and that no action
needs to be taken in relation to marking things in spamcop's database...

as i've said before, what issue? if you're reporting one of the issues
(source, a web page or whatever) that spamcop has identified, it has no way
of knowing which of them, and if you're sending a report about a reply-to or
something else that spamcop hasn't picked up, then the issue isn't even in
spamcop's records...

that's a note that's been added by a recipient... probably shouldn't be
popping up there though...

i think you're overreacting, but the page that comes up when the link is
clicked could certainly have better wording, and those spurious bits
removed...
