Dear Larry, Thank you for the link re syncing my phone with Google Calendar. It's an excellent solution but first I need to clean up a couple thousand duplicates in Google Calendar before syncing it to the iPhone. Google Calendar has functioned as an archive in case of accidental deletion on my "live" calendar, or as last resort in case of total calendar failure, therefore the dupes weren't a priority till now.
In summary, my current calendar management method is: tethered morning & night-time sync between iPhone and Mac. Between iTunes syncs, changes made throughout the day reside only on the phone until I activate Google Sync (or calDAV) to catch changes on the fly. It all looks much more promising and I appreciate this forum's responses and discussion on the matter. It's especially impressive considering Spanning Sync's tenuous position as a result of the MobileMe calendar upgrade, and I want to thank your team for years of fine service. I have every expectation of resuming your program(s) at the earliest opportunity.
