- Maybe you could click on the 'circles icon' on the menubar with your left mousebutton. Then the 3rd choice in the submenu - Or use ⌘ + spacebar and type in system and look at the possible choices under programs
ps.: Are you using exchange sync on your phone to sync to gmail and then when using your mac, from there to ical and adressbook ?
