I have been trying to use the ability to perform an xtandem search in TPP 4.4rev1. I initially had problems with it saying the file is corrupt but after changing the extension it seemed to work but now I get an error. The file was exported from an Agilent .d file, but I know it works with the standalone install of X! Tandem.
Does anyone have an idea what this error means? The output is below. Thank you. # Commands for session FHLKKV7M3 on Wed Jan 5 15:46:00 2011 # BEGIN COMMAND BLOCK ###### BEGIN Command Execution ###### [Wed Jan 5 15:46:00 2011] EXECUTING: run_in c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/ data/oetzitest2; c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/ oetzitest2/otzi_14.tandem.params OUTPUT: X!
