I have been trying to use the ability to perform an xtandem search in
TPP 4.4rev1.  I initially had problems with it saying the file is
corrupt but after changing the extension it seemed to work but now I
get an error.  The file was exported from an Agilent .d file, but I
know it works with the standalone install of X! Tandem.

Does anyone have an idea what this error means?  The output is below.
