No, data are on a USB disk driver and file are saved on hard disk.
Furthermore, transfer are rapidly from 0 to 1.7 GB corresponding to
MS1 data, and slow for 1.7 to 2 GB data corresponding to MS2 data. I
have send you in private an url to download an wiff file to test
directly.

The second point that was special is that all MS1 spectra are firstly
write on the mzXML file from scan number 1 to 3000 and then all MS2
spectra from 3000 to 32000. In contrast, to have normally MS2 spectra
included in the MS1 spectra. Moreover, the MS2 scans seems not correct
or at least precursor value must be false, because i identified no
peptides qith this file in contrast to analysed an mgf file produced
by an ABSciex tools.

If you have idea to correct this.
