I just followed 'Windows Installation Guide'. I installed ActivePerl 5.8 and then the latest TPP. It created a flower shaped icon(Trans-Proteomic Pipeline) on my desktop folder. But it didn't show any page if I clicked it. The url is http://localhost/tpp-bin/tpp_gui.pl I would like to know how to figure out to run TPP. My ultimate goal is to create decoy library. Please let me know if you know this. Thanks you in advance.
