Dear all: I just download the newer version. When I tried to convert my sequest search results into pepxml, I can not select the files. they showed "there are no files of requested type (tandam) in this directory" though I can see my files listed in the right folder side.
Also when I tried analyzed my previous PEPXML files, they will show errors. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
