Hi Luis,

the inputs are for standard SILAC search which worked fine for most
files.. The error I get in the log were;

[Thu Oct 13 16:52:38 2011] EXECUTING: run_in c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/
data/P00525; c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/

RETURN CODE:768

The thing is, out of my 24 sample, 5 of them will get this error. I
looked at the spectra, they are fine. The files were not corrupted.
The only thing would be they have very high spectra like MS/MS at 7xe7
kind of range and that the .d files are nearly 2gb.. Could it be my
tandem input parameters are just not suitable for that kind of range?
I tried increasing the dynamic range/total peaks, etc, but it doesn't
work.. I need those files to complete my set of data.
