Hi, I noticed that TPP interface couldn't detect .tandem.params files after database search for downstream conversion to .pepxml even though the files are there in that very folder when I search for it under "My computer", etc. When I open the .tandem.params files with notepad, it came up fine too. Thus the files are not corrupted.
The .tandem.param files are only 10KB, which shouldn't be a size problem. I restarted or refreshed TPP and the computer but it still doesn't detect. However, it apparently only detects them one day later. And even so, when I tried to do conversion to .pepxml, the command code doesn't end but the pepxml were fully converted. Meaning, the small globe at the right hand side is still spinning and the command is completed but doesn't state "End OUTPUT". Is it some kind of bug or configuration problem here?
