Hi, thank you, I did it and it worked I can open the file and I can see the list of peptides etc., but my pep.xml file doesn't work in generating pep 3d image showing the precursor ions recognized by the instrument.Have you ever used this tool? Have you ideas? Thanks again, Mariarita
