I have to agree with Shawn here Tom.  If you need engineering level 
support it's really a CF issue.   If you need commercial support for 
Spectra as a platform there are several partners willing to offer it. 
Daemon still has a dwindling host of Spectra clients who we commercially 
support.

The advantage of vendor support typically means access to source (we 
have this already) and access to future product releases -- clearly this 
hasn't been available from MM for some considerable time.
