No way would I reuse 25 year old pipe or permit it to be reused on a project of mine. Per 13 you can't reuse heads that have been removed either.
If you take down 25 year old pipe it should be scrapped. IMHO I would not want to sign my name to that warranty. Plus, I would only warranty that part of the system I touched, never the entire thing. Guaranteeing someone else's work is risky. It would be like putting a new engine in your car and then putting the old oil in it from the previous one that blew up. It might work for a while but who knows. It isn't worth taking the risk. Do it right the first time. Craig L.
