I am becoming very lazy in my old age and should know this answer. Using a vertical shaft pump, is it acceptable to begin my calcs at the pump discharge. For example...a 1000 gpm pump at 100 lbs. My source node will be 1000 at 100 psi. Any problem doing this?? Thanks in advance.
