Vince,
The AHJ's out here are requiring it. Watch what the owner puts on it. They
can be vague. I had one that said they were storing compressed gas
cylinders. It's medical and safety supply company so I was thinking oxygen
tanks. They didn't tell me that they had acetylene tanks too.

Subject: OWNER'S CERTIFICATE

Hello, forum -

NFPA 13, 4.3 requires a building owner to furnish a certificate
stating building use among
other things.

I am wondering how (or if) sprinkler contractors and designers are using
this.

Thanks for any response!

Vince
