Hello Thom, I am working on my first 13D system now. The problem I am having is the water purveyor will not install a tap of less than 4" (they can be forced to a 2 1/2" by their "policy") when there is a fire system involved. THEN The building department wants it reviewed to 13R as they have never dealt with a 13D system. It is on the third review...
