Actually this is the reality today! The 'down economy" has plenty of skilled labor just sitting and waiting. The question is will they still be available when the 2011 date gets here? For all our sakes, let's hope not all of them! The housing market is declining every month. When recovery begins, I don't see the housing sector as the catalyst that is going to be driving it, not with all the inventory out there. It should really be a soft start for the residential requirement, which will be good for us all.
