Vince, Believe it or not, there are considerable differences between UFC and GSA fire protection requirements.
I feel that it is better that we compete at the higher end of fire protection rather at the lower end. There is difference in quality for longetivity. Anyone who thinks that everything should be equal and minimal across the government only has to remember the volkswagen (peoples car) that was destined to be the same for everyone in another country. Competition is good but it does not have to be at the low end of a business and specs do not have to be same from owner to owner or agency to agency.
