Looking at the product data for two manufactures combustible concealed space
sprinklers, they both seem to require that composite joist construction be
filled with noncombustible insulation that is secured in place with metal
wire.  If I have a noncombustible concealed space that is of composite joist
construction, but it’s not insulation filled, do I still use the CCS
sprinklers, or do I revert back to a standard spray sprinklers?

Thank You,
