If the intent for this section were to also consider the standard-response spaced sprinklers as being declared quick-response then it would have also stated that in addition to stating they could be mixed within the same compartment. Mixing them in this way means quick response has not been used throughout as is required by some building codes for various situations. The installation could wind up not building code compliant.
