Hi Andrew, yet this idea has been put on back burner. There is little or
no demand for sql-ledger virtual machine.
I shall build/update virtual appliance again if there is sufficient demand.
People, please reply to this thread if you need virtual appliance for
sql-ledger. If there are at least 5 people interested, I shall build it
again and upload.
