Hi Andrew

Just an Idea from a user who doesn't know his URL from his DNS.... I had
(Through my IT guy) Dieter put Sql-Ledger on a Red Hat Fedora Operating
system (Dieters Choice not mine) That Fedora box I then run using VMware as
a virtual machine and as my servers have died over the years, I simply
restore the Virtual machine and then the backups of the databases on the new
server and keep going

So far I have run this way on Suse, Ubuntu, Windows (Temporarily on a
desktop machine while server being repaired... ) and currently on a Mac
which has been so far the easiest to use from a non technical user point of
view with VMware Fusion. All with no problems or loss of Templates etc Maybe
I've just got a brilliant IT Guy but that Fedora box keeps chugging away and
if I lose my server or it gets stolen it takes a phone call to my IT guy who
restores the Fedora box on his server and keeps me going until I can get a
new server down.

Works very well for me.
