Is your room temperature really 24 Deg C? Seems warm. My Pi4 sits at 43 Deg C in a room at 20.2 to 20.5 Deg C according to my old Boots thermometer and my digital room thermometer. If it makes a difference I am running Raspbian Buster and not pCP. Still cooler than my Pi3 in the same room. [emoji3] How did you type the Degree symbol?
