We aren't suggesting you permanently wire your Squeezebox, we are just suggesting you connect it via Ethernet temporarily to rule out wifi problems. It has a headphone socket, so you can test it without moving any amps or speakers.
If it works fine wired then you know you have a wifi problem. I know you say you know you don't have a wifi problem, but you don't know that for sure that the SB isn't having problems for some reason. Wifi is a complex standard and while it would be nice if all wifi devices worked well with all wifi routers, with every setup, all of the time, that would be lovely, but in reality that isn't the case. We are only trying to help, either connect your SB wired to test whether you have a wifi problem or give up and get rid of it. -- andynormancx Yes, it will. Yes, all of them.
