Driver flanges of a little over 7mm are about 5mm more than mine? could that be 49.4mm? I'm not sure about the imperial measurements I don't get to use them, except in emergency. Wheels of these dimensions could make an awful mess of the ties? However they may go a long way to curing derailments which Accucraft rod engines have a habit of on even the slightest uneven garden railway.
