A friend has expressed some dissatisfaction with the burners on his Accucraft C16, K27 and K28 and asked me if I would fit radiant elements to them. I know nothing about these locos and he hasn't brought them over for me to look at yet, so I'm completely in the dark.
Can anyone, therefore, give me the benefit of his experience of these locos? Is there actually a problem with the burners or is he just having finger trouble? What modifications would you suggest?
