First thing to do is to open the fuel valve and let it run for about 60 seconds this should allow the liquid butane to bleed off if it is still having problems unscrew the valve all the way and put some oil or lubricant on the o ring then put a spring on the shaft of the valve to the knob ( it keeps even pressure on the valve so it doesn't vary )
if that still does not help call Cliff at accuracraft in California . he might have some more ideas .
