But you do not need to change MUC, it is much easier done with letting MUC be the same and just add something, then redefining the protocol and duplicating the work. You can use standard MUC and RPC, you just need another "player" who plays the "doom" of the game. Be it a bot or a real player. Like in any other real game, the only thing you need to add is the figures and moving with them. -- The problem with graduate students, in general, is that they have to sleep every few days.
