Hmm...I'm thinking of IRC, where people will ask, get no answer (because no-one knows 
or can help), and they ask again, and maybe again, and it's just annoying.

The question is, why did he have to ask twice? Did no-one notice the first e-mail, or 
did no-one feel it appropriate to reply to it?
