Peter,

There are some face shields made with small fans/exhaust
systems built-in.  I do not immediately have the info on
where to get one, but they have been around here in the
states for 10 years or so.  They are somewhat expensive
(~$250 US), but your lungs are worth it.  This would
eliminate your troubles with fogging.
