I haven't seen anything about Minnesotans to make me think that morning, when I could have died of exposure while several hundred people drove by, was a fluke.
I'm sorry to hear about your horrid experience!!!

I left my lights on at a parking meter in downtown St. Paul Tuesday morning.  Came out of meeting to dead battery.  Stopped into shop to call hubby (not answering) and so made a sign "Got Cables?"  Wasn't 5 mins before a young lady stopped to give me a jump.

Have had many positive experiences of MN nice both in the giving and the receiving.  Maybe others could share stories to help restore your faith.
