I would also like to put in a plug for the very nice and friendly Arab-Americans who run the SuperUSA or SuperAmerica on the corner of Earl and Maryland. They don't have gasoline pumps and get by strictly on food and beverage purchases. They have a good range of non-perishable food products and carry milk, juice, cheese and eggs in the cooler section. They are very close to my house and whenever we only need a few things or it's a matter of picking up a gallon of milk, that's where we go now. Very friendly people there. They always give my son a free sucker. They have a very good pulse on what's going on in the neighborhood and they were successful this summer in getting rid of the under 18 prostitutes who were hanging out in front of their store and in front of the places across the street (of course the girls just moved south a block to hang out in front of one of their friend's houses, but it got them off the main drag).

Chuck - when is the review of the RFPs going to happen? Is it open to the public? Where are these things considered?
