And of course for every person who is provided an interpreter, there is 
another person -- the interpreter -- who is precluded from attending his/her 
caucus.   Unless of course you are lucky enough to find an interpreter who is a 
resident of the same area and an adherent of the same party.   That's why it's 
harder than putting the material in large print or finding an accessible venue.
