I'm in general agreement with you that today's version of adult gift shops
are pretty tame in comparision to the 70's version, I've been in Fantasy
Gifts and I've walked by and looked in the window of the Love Doctor on
Snelling and University on my way to the Turf Club to smoke and drink.
I think many of my fellow St. Paulites are getting a little too uptight
about these types of establishments. I think we are a big enough small
town that we can accommodate a few of these establishments if they are run
responsibly.
Repke and Thune have lived near Fantasy Gifts for years and it hasn't
seemed to effected their sexual proclivities or lack there of. :)
