In ward 3 there was subcaucusing. The Coleman subcaucuses elected just over 40 delegates to the City Convention. The Ortega subcaucuses elected just over 30 delegates and about 25 delegates were elected from subcaucuses that did not specify a candidate for mayor.
What do I due with my precinct's St. Paul Issues Forum sign up form? There are 15 names, but no information on where to mail it.
