Hmm, not sure about that. One thing to remember is that the XML files used 
to generate the library references are also used to generate the TLD files, 
so I'm not sure how much flexibility there is there. However, if it's 
doable, I think that's fine.

Also, the library guides are currently part of the JavaDoc for each 
package, and I think that's a good place for it. The current links from the 
Struts home page are just links into the JavaDoc.

Where would the taglib references go for the nightly builds? I think it's 
important to have those available on the web site for those who are working 
with the nightly builds.

Regarding the version of the next interim release (since you mentioned it 
in the menu above :-) ), I thought we were calling it 1.0.1, rather than 
1.01? The latter seems potentially confusing to me, since 1.01 seems a 
little too close to 1.1.
