have RS232_1 and RS232_2 because this printer can have two serial
interface !!
I want just to know what
is the problem there is any log file that log the DTU interface access ?

It's up to the program to change these parameters.
Even if you were to
use stty, the DTU will reset to safe settings (9600, 8, N, 1) after each
open. Since most printer drivers are not set to program serial port
correctly you need to set the printer to match 9600, 8, N, 1.
