Thanks again for your reply. I've paid a bit more attention to the OSD while running utfwload (involved scheduling the command as the DTU is remote and there's only one of me - lots of running around!), and what in fact is happening is that I am seeing a "Bad Read 4 G" error. This is consistent on every attempt to update the firmware using this command, and I imagine the reason behind why it's failing to downgrade firmware using utfwadm -F
I've had a look through the docs and can't find any detailed desciprtion of this error - any clues? FWIW the DTU is certainly connecting to the correct firmware server - as there is only one server on the network for it to connect to.
