Hi Kent/All

I eventually wound up setting up a separate private
Sun Ray network and used this to successfully downgrade
this DTU's firmware to a GUI version. Probably what
I should have done as soon as we got devices out of
the box really :)

This Sun Ray has no firmware server configured, for whatever reason. How are 
you providing that information? That's probably why any utload attempt is 
failing. What does utquery from one of the Sun Rays that did load firmware 
return?
