True.  "Closed" is a matter of definition, but usually there is a door 
there somewhere that effectively draws the boundary.  Mostly I was fussing 
over the "no such thing as a free lunch" law of thermodynamics ... 
engineering nerd in me ;^)

But of course, we are dickering over the stray photons that may go out the 
window, or sound wave bugging the neighbours.  (Latter is a potential 
issue at my house, but not in a typical office ;^)  But expect this to be 
almost un-measurable in normal office environment.  (Could be more 
measurable in the server room.)  Anyway, sure close enough for estimating 
how big the A/C bill will be!  More accurate than a "worst case".
