SS: technics linking

Hi,

Excuse my ignorance here - but I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on hooking up my technics 1210,s into my p.c.

Is it as simple as going into the line-in output?

Do I need a pre-amp for the decks? - or does the p.c serve that function? - and what about grounding?

I just got a new piece of software called Mixman studio deluxe - and I want to input some samples from vinyl.

I have the computer skills of a newt - so a little help would be greatly appreciated.
