Hi Folks,

Last night I finally got my S900 to load OS X (YAAAY!) by using a
different CD drive.

It did the installation just fine, then rebooted into OS X and I was
able to do some setup work. Unfortunately, when I tried to restart
in order to add another drive, my screen went black.

I've tried a good number of the tricks I've read here - removing
power cable & battery for a while, then holding CUDA for 30 secs
brings back the screen for a bit. But if left to its own devices, it
goes back to black again during the startup. Holding Option didn't
make any difference. And booting off the CD (other drives powered
off) gets me to the smiley mac and no further.

It's getting a bit frustrating.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.
