I finally have in my hands a copy of Jaguar and I am ready to take the plunge and try installing it on my S900. Of course I know the basics, backup, don't do this on mission critical machines, backup, know how to get out of black screens, oh, did I mention backup?
I know a few of you have installed X.2 successfully, which version of XPF seems to be having the best luck? Do I need to format my drive first or can I simply install over the existing X.1.5? Here are the specs: S900 (Powerlogix G3, J38 jumpered) 384MB RAM 20GB HD Sonnet Tempo ATA/66 ADS USB PCI card IMS TwinTurbo 4MB (non apple version) Thanks -Robyn -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
