Pull all your RAM, just to be on the cautious side, install a CPU, 
power up and *before the start-up chime finishes* do the cmd-opt-P-R 
key combo.   This will bypass the NVRAMrc file which is likely the 
cause of your problem.  OSX is a great tool for corrupting NVRAM 
contents.   Hitting the "zap-PRAM" combo during or just after the 
chime operates a little differently than a normal PRAM zap.

If your video comes up, you can then start adding components back in 
and let it boot from a disk.
