I'm typing at you from my true blue c500 which has
only one problem--if I turn it off, when I turn it
back on it thinks it's 1956. I had it rattling around
in my head that that meant the power supply was going
bad and I picked up another one at Small Dog's last
garage sale. But while checking through the archive
for advice on how to make the replacement, I ran
across postings that sound like the problem is a
battery and not the power supply itself. Is that
right? And would it be the same battery for both my
c500 and the S900 that's exhibiting the same problem?

I have many more questions--the S900 is in need of a
lot of TLC and I haven't even figured out how to open
the case yet--but if somebody could help me with the
battery issue, that'll be enough to start with.

Thanks in advance,

Samantha
