Samantha, if you still have the original "Umax software installation" CD, you can find a S900 user's guide PDF in one of the extras folders. Appendix B, "working inside your computer" explains how to open the case, remove or add drives and cards, etc. I can send you a copy if you don't have it, but it's about 1 mb in Stuffit format.
